If you are looking for a classic French bistro something you will remember when you will get back home from your trip, you must try this place. The prices can range between 30 to 50 Euros per person certainly fair priced for a top notched French cuisine.  The restaurant is trying to relay only on local ingredients from the area surrounding Paris (Ile de France) managed by Chef Yannick Alleno, which was crowned with three Michelin stars, and an old school French dishes such as an amazing onion soup “Les Halles”, a lamb stew "Navarin printanier d'agneau de chez Morisseau" or a “pate Patin” a veal and pork pate. This is certanley a must try if you want to taste original French cuisine which unfortunately disappeared from most of Paris’s fashionable restaurants.

LE SERVAN

This place is quite new and made a lot of buzz some of it due to its two young and beautiful owners and sisters Katia & Tatiana. Tatiana the chef has acquired her culinary education with some of Paris’s rising stars chefs and she is also the life partner of Bertrand Grébaut the chef of Septime which was just recently ranked among the world’s best restaurants. What I really loves about Le Sevran is its fresh modern French quisine with a slight Asian touch (Tatiana the chef is part Filipino part French) with fare prices and its casual yet authentic Parisian bistro atmosphere with only 20 sits. It is highly recommended to reserve a place by phone.

THE BEAST

The Beast is a classic BBQ Texas style restaurant and a Bourbon bar named after its enormous rotisserie smoker. Thomas Abramowicz  the owner of the place take his Beef Barbecue Texas style very Seriously and before getting back from the US to start his own place took a few month of Beef Barbeque practices with Wayne Mueller a master smoker and the owner of the “Louie Mueller Barbeque” in Texas.  The prices are fare, and the beef pork and chicken which are smoked for hours in low temperature are tender and full of flavors. You should also try the Bourbon or one of the crafted beers served in the place.
